5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices for vehicles and shipping are clearly displayed on the platform.

• All payments must be made in full before shipment.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and vehicle specifications.

• Payments must be made through approved channels (bank transfer, secure payment gateway, etc.).

CSA is not responsible for additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or port fees in the destination country.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We provide end-to-end shipping from port of origin to destination.

• Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to customs, weather, or logistical delays.

• CSA is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or government regulations.

• Tracking information will be shared where available using the vehicle’s unique reference number.

7. Returns & Cancellations

• All sales are considered final once payment is confirmed.

• Cancellations must be requested in writing before the vehicle is shipped.

• Refunds, if applicable, are processed at CSA’s discretion and may be subject to cancellation fees.
